Data Deletion Instructions

At Myntiq Tech LLP, you have the right to request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what we can delete, how to request it, and how long it takes.

1. What data this covers

A deletion request covers personal data we have collected about you, such as:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, company).
• Enquiry, quote and support records.
• Marketing preferences and communication history.
• Website usage data linked to you (where applicable).

2. How to request deletion

Send us a deletion request in one of these ways:

1. Email legal@myntiq.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Include the email address and/or phone number you used with us, so we can locate your records.
3. Tell us whether you want all personal data deleted, or only specific data.

To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request.

3. How long it takes

We aim to acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more time, we will let you know why.

4. What we may need to retain

Some data may be retained where the law requires it — for example, invoicing and tax records, or information needed to resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Where retention is required, we will delete everything else and keep only what is strictly necessary, for only as long as necessary.

5. Third-party services

If your data was shared with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, analytics) as described in our Privacy Policy, we will instruct them to delete it where applicable.
